Paperwork:
Since its introduction, in late 1998 / early 1999, the Pathfinder has been the flagship model in the Pathfinder range. It was the first model to boast both an onboard toilet / washroom, and hot & cold running water.

In spite of its 15+ year history, the Pathfinder has changed remarkably little, since its launch, with most changes being purely cosmetic, and the most obvious one being the introduction of U shaped seating, and, of course, as with all other current models, the introduction of the Isabella acrylic canvases and awnings.

As you would expect, the Pathfinder is the largest model in the range, although the Conway Crusader is comparable in almost every way.

The Pathfinder has formed the basis for many clone models since its inception, including the Trailfinder, in the early years, then, a few years later, the Pentium, and, to a slightly lesser extent, the Sovereign.

The layout of the Pathfinder is similar to that of all the Pennine six berth models, as in the two layout images on this page. The main distinction is the inclusion of a toilet compartment / washroom, between the kitchen and the king size bed. This means that the kitchen unit is very slightly smaller than in some models, and, consequently, the fridge is located separately, under the wardrobe.

The Pathfinder was originally produced in the green and white livery, common to its siblings of the time; the Aztec, Apollo and Pullman. In 2003 - 2006, this was changed to the two tone green livery, and, was changed, again, to the coffee and cream colours, in 2007. The final colour change came in 2010, with the introduction of the Isabella canvases.

Although RRP for 2016 has now increased to £15,495, the actual selling price is, currently, £13,595.
